Request deletion of your data

Tell us the email address you used and we will delete what we hold against it. You do not need to be signed in, and you do not need an account for this to work.

If you only want one platform disconnected rather than everything deleted — your TikTok, say — write that in the box and we will do only that.

What gets deleted

Your profile, the access tokens for every platform you connected, the videos you uploaded, any video fetched from a main channel, and your publishing history. We carry it out within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What does not

Posts that are already live on a social platform stay on that platform. We cannot remove them on your behalf; delete them there.

Other ways

If you can still sign in, Settings has a delete-account button that does the same thing immediately. You can also write to privacy@seinbaken.com from the address you registered with. However you ask, the answer and the deadline are the same, and they are set out in our privacy policy.
